Rumors & evidence are surfacing online about the New iPhone 32GB
Are they true? We take a closer look...
Said to be released around the End Of June/July, the 3rd Generation iPhone will offer twice as much storage as it's current 16GB version. There's quite a flurry of techno-nerds & Apple Fanboys speculating the how, when and if of the iPhone's features, Price, and Release date. But is this another hyped up nothing, or something more substantial?
The Jury Is In, Everything Points To A New iPhone Being Released SOON.
The latest 'Leak' on a Austrian Telco website - T Mobile, made reference to the New iPhone listed with 32GB of Memory, before quickly being taken down.
Another instance was reported via AT&T's 'Trade-In' site, where people can choose to exchange their current iPhone for a Blackberry. Here, a drop-down list gave the 'iPhone 32GB' as a option.
To further support the 32Gb rumour, Apple recently placed an huge order for 8 & 16 gigabit NAND flash chips, which make up the internal memory of the iPhone. Experts pointed the the number of chips ordered & suggested that it was more likely they were for a new version of the iPhone.
Last but not least comes talk on a Popular iPhone Forum about the 32Gb iPhone being released at the 2009 WWDC. Logically, this makes sense, as we have seen previous iPhone updates & released around this time every year.
All over, this is great news
There's enough evidence here to suggest the 32GB iPhone is, in fact, a reality.
The current iPhone, with only 16GB of space, leaves users with a decent movie & mp3 collection with storage issues. 32GB will help that a lot. We were hoping for a 64GB version, but alas, it seems we might have to wait another year.

iPhone Hacks has a detailed rundown (from informed sources) claiming a range of new features, including:
* A 600Mhz Processor - 150% Faster then the current 400Mhz CPU
* 256MB of On-Board RAM (Double the current 128MB)
* A Magnetometer - Basically a digital Compass, most likely to help with the GPS Navigation currently on offer.
* An Auto-Focus Camera, which will be Video Capable.
- PRICE is said to be the same as current iPhone Offers (in the US) - $299 & $199.
Impressive, to say the least.
Time will tell, and for now... it's a game of wait and see.
