Demonstration Of Siri On The iPhone 4S

Whilst most voice activated / voice guided applications and functionality on smartphones and computers has been lacklustre, Siri actually shows some promise.

She as quite adaptable, and can answer a range of queries from Mathematical questions to geographical queries. As a extra, she's programmed to be quite 'personable' and you can actually (try) to have a conversation with her.

Siri is actually a 'good catch'. She's got respect, she's got intelligence. It's a shame she can't manifest into a real girl, right out of your iPhone. I'm sure some iPhone users would like that to be reality!

It would seem that voice activation / voice guidance is here to stay, and that can only mean good things. As more people are exposed to this technology, the technology itself will become more advanced, leading us down the road of future visions features in movies such as 2012, Knight Rider, and so on!
